- Vocational training in hospitality, beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits or beer
- 3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry
- Good customer service, engagement skills and organizational skills
- Awareness of all food safety and hygiene standards
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Provide exceptional service to all members and guests. E.g. greet Members, take orders and make recommendations
- Assist the F&B Service Manager in the day-to-day operations
- Maintain high levels of sanitation standards of the outlet
- Maintain exceptional knowledge and understanding of the full food and beverage menu including dietary labelling and ingredient components
- Handle minor Member concerns and escalate to the Manager / Assistant Manager where required
- Preform duties such as polishing silverware and wine glasses, arranging the tables and other assigned daily task
